the Waoc2017/2018 - WHY THIS PROGRAM:

the complex times we live in call us to step up and STEP out. THEY CALL UPON to EDUCATE OURSELVES TO bring about changes with greater skill and greater hearT. tHEY INVITE US TO expand our presence and purpose.

for ourselves, with others, WITHin and FOR the systems we are a part of AND THAT WE WANT TO POSITIVELY TRANSFORM.

leading change takes specialized knowledge AND support. IT TAKES EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING. IT TAKES INTEGRATED LEARNING.

often we try to bring about a change and when it gets difficult or we don't see the results we had hoped for, we abandon our intention or find someone or something to blame.

Leading change takes specialized knowledge that isn't taught in most leadership programs. It also takes focus, practice, patience, and personal resilience, along with a supportive peer network that holds you accountable, ENCOURAGES YOU AND CHALLENGES YOU with care.

The women Agents of Change (wAOC) master-program is designed and led by systemic change and women's leadership expert, Dorian-Patrizia Baroni (www.dorianbaroni.com), with input by over 40 women change agents from around the world, and relies on the latest academic and practitioner knowledge on leading change 'out there' as well as personal transformation.pro
