Leading change takes specialized knowledge that isn't taught in most leadership programs. It also takes focus, practice, patience, and personal resilience, along with a supportive peer network that holds you accountable, ENCOURAGES YOU AND CHALLENGES YOU with care.

The Agents of Change program is designed and led by systemic change and women's leadership expert, Dorian-Patrizia Baroni (www.dorianbaroni.com), with input by over 40 women change agents from around the world, and relies on the latest academic and practitioner knowledge on leading change.

FORMAT AND RESOURCES

  • 12 months of learning and practice: 9-months of learning and connection webinars every 3 weeks (live webinars that will also be recorded if you need to miss one or more) PLUS 3 months of ongoing support to complete your change project commitments,

  • learning resources and materials available online for Agents of Change participants only,

  • oPTIONAL PSYCHOMETRIC SELF-ASSESSMENTS TO BE OFFERED: Fascination Advantage, MBTI Step II, Firo-B, TKI

  • personal branding resources, group and individual coaching calls to support you in achieving your intended changes,

  • a network of support and information from faculty and alumnae,

  • accountability trios to support each participant in her change project progress,

  • a dedicated closed Facebook networking and mutual learning page,

  • ongoing access to Agents Of Change materials for up to 6 months following the end of the program,

  • the option of rejoining any future Agents of Change program for free to deepen knowledge or tap into the global network of support

$650 (or two installment payments of $350 - ONE AT REGISTRATION AND THE SECOND ONE IN APRIL 2018) FOR the FULL membership YEAR OF SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL COACHING SUPPORT AND TAILORED RESOURCES.

Alumnae of this program in 2017 have gone on to create a range of change initiatives. Some examples: new change learning programs of their own design, made changes to the way they lead in large organizations, gained greater confidence in their own purpose and presence, started up new social impact ventures, published articles and opinion blogs, started on a healthier lifestyle path, finally made long dreamed-of career transitions, weathered health crises with resilience thanks to a network of support.

You will have the opportunity to learn from the global experience of Agents of Change Alumnae during the program, as many of them will be rejoining the Agents Of Change program in the Fall of 2017 as part of their ongoing access benefit (available free to all former Agents of Change Alumnae upon request).

TIMING:

  • Starts Monday October 23, 2017 with our first 2-hour webinar VIDEOCALLs (the live videocalls will be recorded for those who cannot attend live). One call will take place at 9am US Pacific and another one will be offered at 6pm US Pacific. You can choose to attend either one and/or view the recordings at a later date.

  • The initial portion of the program takes place October 2017 through JuLY 2018 as an 9-month virtual action-learning journey. Webinar calls will be available live or recorded every 3 weeks and new content (pdfs, video links, reading recommendations, reflection questions, e-handouts, etc) will delivered to you in the interim. All of it in support of the 'action project' of your choice.

  • The SECOND PORTION OF THE PROGRAM TAKES PLACE july 2018 THROUGH oCTOBER 2018 AND WILL INCLUDE ONGOING ONLINE MATERIAL, A VIBRANT ONLINE COMMUNITY,  MONTHLY VIDEOCALLS AND ACCESS TO ADHOC GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL COACHING CALLS

 

ENCOURAGED: it is helpful although not mandatory to attend a CIYO in person women's leadership retreat either before or during the AOC program

participantS CAN BENEFIT FROM familiarity with the CIYO program foundations - if you are not a CIYO Alumna, you can choose to attend a CIYO residential program prior to or during the TIME OF THE AOC program.
